My stay at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel was fantastic, highlighting both the staff's very nice service and the beautiful, spacious room with a lovely balcony. However, I did encounter a bit of frustration during check-in, as my early check-in request wasn't honored, leading to some inconvenience. Overall, the warm atmosphere and commitment to guest experience made my visit nice. 🎉😊
